Product Description
Die Casting Machine Automatic Dilutor1. Adopt good quality components with low defect rate and long service life(eg: france DOSATRON and american brand PODALE pump)
2. Automatic proportional valve control release agent and water ratio; the concentration could be adjusted automatically with flow to ensure the solution precision and stability, Dilution ratio adjustment range is from 50 times to 500 times.
3. Both the general and special release agent could be mixed.
4. The stainless steel mixed barrel with intelligent liquid level detection system, when its lower than the setted value; system will alarm; more humanized and safe.
5. Electric-driven blade ratory device to mix solution more evenly
6. High quality pneumatic pump could output mixed liquid with with constant pressure.
7.Proportional and water valve will open to compensate mixed liquid when it reach to lower limit until it come back to upper limit.
