CNC gantry loader is used for CNC machining workpiece loading and unloading,which could save manufacturing cost and improve working efficiency to enhance enterprise competition.

Gantry loader just take 7-12s to change workpiece inside CNC and 25s to finish one working cycle maximum.Gantry loader could work 24 hours continuously;which could finish 3200 workpiece at most.

            Gantry loader is nonstandard equipment,which could be customized according to CNC specification and workpiece dimension and shape.As usual gantry loader is consisted of two axis:X axis and Y axis.Axis effective working stroke are set as CNC dimension,loading weight,gripper mode and feeding mode are designed according to workpiece shape.One gantry loader also could work with several CNC to realize multi-station machining.

CNC Gantry Loader Requirement

1) Gripper could close and open automatically,require related signal to connect with CNC machine.

2) Gantry loader equip automatic door module,require related signal to connect with CNC machine.

3) Gantry loader has more than 30 I/O port

4) Gantry loader space is bigger than gripper working stroke

5) CNC debris break effect should be good;if not;the auxiliary debris break device should be added.

6) Make sure fixture position surface has no debris;the blowing device should be added if necessary.
