Product Description
Adopt UBE special single piston injection system with differential control,machine has high stability and filling power;Combined with piston interior UNI-FF mechanical deceleration structure to eliminate high speed filling pressure peak and avoid mould expansion and flash,which ensure casting quality and prolong machine service life.
Use D frame injection bracket to improve whole injection system rigidity and avoid injection vibration and concentricity deviation,which could improve plunger tip and machine service life.
Japanese original imported hydraulic components ensure hydraulic system working stability.
The touch screen has curve display function,every movement and parameter could be set and monitored on the touch screen.The operation is very convenient.
The system is equipped with self diagnosing and failure alarm function for easy removal problems.
